Paleo Pesto Pasta


Given this is my first vIog I wanted to share a couple tips I did not include in the video as well as the ingredients. 

~To begin, throughout the video you might have seen “impasta” few times, well call me corny but what else would you call fake noodles

~Next, if it is difficult to track any of the health staples I mentioned such as ghee (lactose free butter), Pink Himalayan salt, nutritional yeast, or even almond milk have no fear because technology is here… download the thrivemarket or iherb app or simply visit them online

-1/3 cup Pine Nuts
-1/4 cup Olive Oil
-1 tbls Pink Himalayan Salt 
-1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
-1/2 tsp pepper 
-1 Lemon (squeeze juice)
-4-5 Garlic cloves
-1 1/2 cups Basil
-1 1/2 cups Spinach 
-Season to taste but “keep it simple stupid”
-Pesto has a lot of flavor; do not distract  
Impasta (Spaghetti Squash):
-Simple seasoning to bake
-Splash of almond milk 
-1-2 tbls pesto per serving
