Episode 1 of the Primal Meal Plan!

5 recipes and knife skills

This is my first time doing this kind of thing, so please give me any kind of constructive feedback you can think of so I can improve for the future.

I will be trying to get better cameras (one of the ones I mentioned here may not work out), and I will work on some other improvements as well.

Next week there will probably be a “recipes” video and then a companion video with some kind of cooking skill being discussed, as this video was much longer than I anticipated.

Crockpot Pulled Pork Chili: 11:39 (… reduced the spiciness by leaving out the Cayenne in the video))

Chicken Puttanesca with Artichokes: 14:06 (… increased the amount of chicken, left out the pepper flakes, used more capers, and used fresh tomatoes rather than canned))

Stuffed Flank Steak: 19:24 (… used bottom round instead of flank and skipped the part where you butterfly it. I also rolled it like a cigar so I had a center filling instead of a pinwheel))
