Ingredients for 1 serving:
1 cup of any milk of your choice (coconut oil is particularly good).
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
Warm up the milk with the cinnamon stick but don’t let it boil. Once the cinnamon has infused the milk, add the ginger, the turmeric and the black pepper. Mix well.
Place in the blender with the coconut oil and blend on high speed.
